Lets consider water… it does well on its own. It quenches thirst, it hydrates, and it sustains you. You add some garlic, ginger, onions and spices, and you have broth! Broth is nutritious, satisfying, and adds variety and strength to your sustainable life.
Friendships add spice to our lives… If we learn from our friends, admire them and adore them for who they are, it makes us stronger, happier and richer!
I am not quite sure that I would be the woman I am today without t
he influence, perspective and love I have received from my friends and family.
So many people live a life of envy, jealousy and competition towards those that they meet or are close to. Something I have grown to cherish is appreciation… learn from, and apply the strengths of friends and family into your life!
In the ballet world, you are trained to look around the studio and stage to find traits and strengths that you can learn from and apply to you your craft, art and career. Whether it be patience, poise, or perseverance, we can learn so much from the ones around us if we open up our eyes and our hearts.
No one is perfect!
We can learn from each other!
Feeling proud of… excited for… and happy for… this allows us to surpass our fears and potential jealousies, allowing us to grow sustainably… for our friends are the secret weapons in our lives, giving us the tools we need to live more sustainably.
When we stop learning, we stop growing…
When we stop laughing, we stop living…
